Certified plant-based chef, F&B manager, Head chef
Born in Slovakia in 1993. Coming from 3rd generation of plant-based entrepreneur family chef Marek decided as a 19 year old to follow his father’s steps who opened the first raw food restaurant in Central Europe. Chef Marek followed his passion and developed a carrier in a plant-based industry as a co-founder of restaurant Vitariana based in the first Raw Vegan Detox Hotel in Europe. His determination brought him to Asia as a chef consultant, being part of a large-scale raw food operations and allowed him to continue his development in the culinary arts in Asia.
